บริษัท โมโนเบรด ดิจิตอล โซลูชั่น จำกัด (“เรา”) ให้ความสำคัญกับความเป็นส่วนตัวของผู้ใช้งาน เอกสารนี้อธิบายวิธีการเก็บ ใช้ เปิดเผย และคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเมื่อคุณใช้เว็บไซต์ แอปพลิเคชัน และบริการที่เกี่ยวข้องของเรา

• กล้อง/ไมโครโฟน/สื่อ: เฉพาะเมื่อคุณใช้ฟีเจอร์และให้ความยินยอม
• ข้อมูลการชำระเงิน/การซื้อในแอป: ผ่านผู้ให้บริการที่เกี่ยวข้อง (เช่น Google Play Billing) โดยเราไม่ได้เก็บข้อมูลบัตรเต็มรูปแบบ

• ผู้ให้บริการภายนอก เช่น Firebase, Google Analytics, Google AdSense/Ads, ผู้ให้บริการชำระเงิน
• หน่วยงานรัฐ/กำกับดูแล หากกฎหมายกำหนด

5) คุกกี้และการวิเคราะห์

เราใช้คุกกี้/พิกเซลเพื่อวิเคราะห์การใช้งานและปรับปรุงบริการ คุณสามารถจัดการคุกกี้ผ่านการตั้งค่าเบราว์เซอร์ของคุณ

8) การเก็บรักษาข้อมูล

เก็บรักษาเฉพาะเท่าที่จำเป็นสำหรับวัตถุประสงค์ที่ระบุไว้ หรือภายในระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนด หลังจากนั้นจะลบหรือทำให้ไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนได้

13) นโยบายการคืนเงิน

บริษัทฯ พิจารณาการคืนเงินเป็นรายกรณีตามข้อกำหนดที่ระบุไว้ในสัญญาบริการหรือใบเสนอราคา (Quotation) ที่ตกลงกับลูกค้าแต่ละราย เนื่องจากบริการของเราเป็นการพัฒนา/ปรับแต่งระบบและซอฟต์แวร์ตามความต้องการเฉพาะของลูกค้า โดยมีหลักเกณฑ์ทั่วไปดังนี้:

• คำขอคืนเงินต้องแจ้งเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรมาที่อีเมล info@monobread.com พร้อมระบุเหตุผลและหลักฐานการชำระเงิน
• ระยะเวลาการพิจารณา จำนวนเงินที่คืน (เต็มจำนวน/บางส่วน) และเงื่อนไขการคืนเงิน ให้เป็นไปตามที่ระบุไว้ในสัญญาหรือใบเสนอราคาของบริการ/โครงการนั้น ๆ เป็นหลัก
• สำหรับบริการที่เรียกเก็บผ่าน Google Play Billing (เช่น การซื้อในแอป mBilling) การคืนเงินให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายของ Google Play เป็นหลัก
• บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ปฏิเสธคำขอคืนเงิน หากพบว่ามีการใช้บริการผิดเงื่อนไข หรือละเมิดข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการ

14) ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการ

• การยอมรับข้อกำหนด: การใช้งานเว็บไซต์ แอปพลิเคชัน หรือบริการของบริษัทฯ ถือว่าท่านยอมรับข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขนี้ รวมถึงนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวและนโยบายการคืนเงินที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ขอบเขตบริการ: รายละเอียด ขอบเขตงาน ระยะเวลา และค่าบริการ เป็นไปตามที่ระบุไว้ในใบเสนอราคาหรือสัญญาที่ตกลงกันเป็นรายโครงการ

13) Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the terms set out in the service contract or quotation agreed with each customer, since our services involve custom software/system development tailored to each client's needs. General principles include:

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@monobread.com, stating the reason and providing proof of payment
• The review period, refundable amount (full or partial), and refund conditions are governed primarily by the applicable contract or quotation for that service/project
• For purchases billed through Google Play Billing (e.g., in-app purchases in mBilling), refunds are subject to Google Play's own policy
• We reserve the right to decline a refund request where the service has been used in violation of the agreed terms or these Terms and Conditions

14) Terms and Conditions of Service

• Acceptance: By using our website, applications, or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
• Scope of service: Scope of work, timelines, and fees are set out in the quotation or contract agreed for each project.
• Customer obligations: You agree to provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and not infringe on the rights of others or of our systems.
• Intellectual property: Rights to software, code, and design deliverables we develop are governed by the terms of the relevant project contract, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payment: Payments follow the installments and due dates stated in the quotation/contract. We may suspend service temporarily for overdue payments until settled.
• Limitation of liability: We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service, except as otherwise required by law.
• Changes to these Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you via our website of material changes.
• Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
